The never ending string of negative news coming from the national press make local home owners and REALTORS® appear to be divided into two groups. There is the group who listens to the doomsayers, say pull back and give up, there is nothing they can do. On the other hand, those who look at real estate on a regional basis change their game plan and work harder knowing that they can prevail. The irony is that both groups are right. If you believe you can, you’re right; if you believe you cannot, you’re also right. It’s the attitude at the beginning of a project more than anything that determines the outcome.
